Coverage of collection fees

In addition to coverage of the claims, the insured party may also claim damages for collection fees that the insured party has incurred with the approval of the insurer with a view to collecting the debt. In many cases the insurer will make it mandatory for the insured party to realize the collection of the debt through the insurer.

In such a case the collection fees will be covered 100% or for the agreed percentage.
