The insurance industry values correct information on all aspects of its business. Therefore a Code has been drawn up. This Code prescribes which aspects must be paid attention to when information and advice is given to (prospective) clients. These are the Financial Services Complaints, KiFiD. Finance & Insurance is affiliated with the KiFiD.

In case of a conflict an independent and free complaints procedure may be invoked.
